The Pumpkin Patch is proud to be a CSA member! Join us!

WHAT IS CSA?
CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) is a farming program designed to help support local farmers. Share holders (you) pre-pay for fresh produce in the spring, and then enjoy the bounty in the weeks to come! You simply choose one of our drop off points to pickup your weekly box of fresh-picked produce.

WHY JOIN OUR FARM?
The Pumpkin Patch is an established, family owned farm. For more than 40 years we've been providing you with fresh fruits and vegetables. Becoming a member of our farm means you will enjoy a variety of fresh, farm grown vegetables, fruit, and berries weekly! Not only will you benefit from the natural vitamins and antioxidants found in fresh produce, you'll have the satisfaction of knowing where your produce comes from and knowing that you are supporting local farmers! We are a Food Alliance approved Farm, which means we practice sustainable agriculture! Being a member of our farm also means you will receive 10% off all additional produce purchases in our retail market, and 10% off all purchases in our Pumpkin Cottage Gift Store! You will also receive surprise occasional bonuses! Make the healthy choice for you and your family and become a member of our farm now! As we are new to this program space is limited so we can ensure you get the best quality and care!

HOW IT WORKS.
Our CSA season will begin on June 13th 2012 and run for 20 consecutive weeks! Each week, at the location and time of your choice listed below, you can pick up your pre-packed box, valued at $25, filled with fresh vegetables, fruits, and berries as well as bonus items from our retail farm store. Examples may include Willamette Valley Cheese, Hood River Juice, fresh flowers, jam, syrup, honey, fall ornamentals, and tickets to The Maize. We'll give you a box, which can be re-used weekly by bringing it back the next time you pick up your produce. Recycling your box, will not only serve the environment, but also minimize costs.

WHAT WILL YOU RECEIVE.
Please remember that although we are an established farm, Mother Nature plays the largest role in what and when we provide! Each week you will receive a box of fresh produce that will feed a family of 4-6. Along with what we grow at our farm (which is over 40 fresh fruits and vegetables!), we will also supplement your box with a variety of in-season, fresh Sauvie Island produce, and in-season Hood River fruit. The Pumpkin Patch is proud to offer Portland a CSA program that can't be beat in its wide variety of fresh, local produce, goodies, and perks! Along with your produce, you will receive, farm favorite recipes and farm news updates! You will receive a members-only card that will allow you 10% off all produce in our market and gift store.
